Endometriosis
Endometriosis is the abnormal growth of endometrial cells, which are similar to those of inside the uterus; these are present outside the uterus, which are often out of the pelvic organs. The exact cause for this condition is not identified yet, but it can always be treated.
Most of women who have Endometriosis condition have no symptoms but they have signs and symptoms like
- Pelvic pain
- Painful Intercourse
- Painful bowel movements
- Infertility
Based on these symptoms the condition can be indentified and sometime a physical examination is required, but the exact laparoscope has to be done to determine the definite problems. In addition, Endometriosis is one of the basic causes for the infertility. This condition can be raise a chance increase in cancer affecting factor on women, this condition has to be treated quickly which reduces the chances of risk.
Treatment
In order to cure this condition, we prescribe nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs which as known as NSAIDs which help in reduce the pelvic pain and menstrual cramping, these drugs will not have effect on the endometrial implants and progression of endometriosis. After the initial biopsy, these medications are used and after which there are any further complication a surgery may be required which will be decided our panel of experienced doctors.
